Is there a possibility that a spectator traces back the abstruse ways of a dancer’s body inner journey while he or she is performing? Each dancer has codes and motifs for moving. Rarely one can discover the creative processes and thoughts of an artist while watching a performance. In “Can you repeat?”Ayşe Orhon presents and examines the body (or rather the mind?) in a state or process of trying and developing. The work comprises two parts: two sides of a coin, displaying humorously how language and thought to reach each other and are inseparable from movement.  Surprising turns invite the audience to adjust its points of view and try out several interpretations of both similar and yet different parts.
